Reports and Testimonials Concerning Interrogations and the Psychology of Evidence.
In court cases, questions may arise about the reliability of statements, the veracity of statements, and the psychology of evidence. If this is the case, a specialized legal psychologist can be called in to answer these questions.
When you engage RED. to provide expert reports and/or act as an expert witness in court, she proceeds as follows; on the basis of the submitted casefile, she assesses the value of statements in criminal cases. This includes all of the declarant, witness and suspect interviews in criminal cases in general and sexual offenses in particular. In her file analysis, RED. looks at the preparation of the statement (the interrogation), as well as the final product (the evidence) and compare this with the facts from the criminal investigation.
RED. is autonomous and impartial in her work and follows the guidelines of the NRGD. RED. complies with the standard for court experts and is registered as such in the NRGD.
